Custom manufacturing of metallic bellows is our major area of expertise and our specialty service. We utilize the world's largest clean room dedicated to the assembly of welded metal bellows. We provide the highest quality metal bellows for the most stringent applications.

  • As a custom bellow manufacturer, we work in coordination with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), understand their needs, and incorporate their specifications in bellows designing and manufacturing.
  • Our fully automated, state-of-the-art cleaning and rinsing lines guarantee ultra-clean parts. Certified electro-polishing and passivation lines are also present to cater to special applications.
  • Our “primary operations machine shop” maintains an inventory of stainless steel bars, tubes, and plates, and high nickel alloys to machine custom flanges and components. These alloys are stored in a thermostatically controlled environment that conforms to raw material storage norms.
  • Our milling & CNC turning centers supported with the latest inspection equipment and tooling, assure standard bellows in rapid turnaround times.
  • We employ the latest weld systems with on-line touchscreens and controls to view and track the welding process in real time.
  • We conduct FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to predict the performance of metallic bellows in real-time operating conditions and optimize product design.
  • As part of our quality assurance program, we can provide complete certifications, as well as inspection and test reports according to customer requirements.
  • All our products undergo meticulous inspection and cleaning in a Class 100 cleanroom facility. The components undergo cosmetic inspection prior to wrapping and double bag packaging. Complete marking and bar coding services are also available.
